Youth for Change Network (YCN) is a youth-led organization established to promote youth economic empowerment as a pathway to sustainable development. We believe that economically empowered youth are critical drivers of social inclusion, environmental stewardship, and national development.

To enhance the economic wellbeing of youth and vulnerable populations by expanding access to skills development, entrepreneurship opportunities, sustainable livelihoods, inclusive education, climate-resilient initiatives, and supportive social systems.

Entrepreneurship development, employability and life skills training, financial literacy, cooperative development, access to income-generating opportunities, green enterprise promotion, and support for youth-led micro and small enterprises.
Promotion of climate-smart livelihoods through climate education, tree planting, clean energy solutions, green skills development, and environmentally sustainable income-generating activities.
School and community outreach programs that build foundational skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, climate literacy, and pathways to future economic participation for young people.
Support for sustainable livelihoods through vocational skills development, financial inclusion, value addition, green enterprises, and diversification of income sources for youth and vulnerable households.
Community health education, mental health awareness, and SRHR initiatives that enhance youth productivity, workforce participation, and overall economic resilience.
Promotion of equitable access to economic opportunities for women, girls, and persons with disabilities through inclusive programming, skills development, and advocacy.
